As always Abra performed their work as promised. Installer was courteous and knowledgeable about the work he was performing. I have always used Anra for all my vehicle repairs.

The wrong glass was ordered 2x for my back seat window on my xterra. I even went as far as to explain that every window on the drivers side was broken except the actual drivers window. That didn’t help. It would seem maybe someone could have googled what an xterra looks like? But in the end it took 3 different visits to get my windows fixed. With an 8 hour window of time for each which completely wasted my time.

Replacement personnel didn’t transfer the Express Toll sticker as requested. The store did try to chase it down but to no avail.
While the car was in the shop, I got a call from the Abra 800 number to set an appointment. It caused concern that there might be trouble with the claim. When I called in the operator couldn’t find any of my information. She did further looking and called back to say she had found it and the car was actually done.
Store did not call when vehicle was complete.

Jason was great. I only wish the process with insurance was more efficient. It took about two weeks for the claim to be processed.
