The technician was great, the company failed me. I got 3 text staying they would be there Sunday between 8am and 1pm. So I took off work and they never called or showed. You are not even open. So I wasted a day and lost pay. Also they said they ordered my parts and had them delivered, when in fact they never did so I had to wait on that As Well. I will let USAA know how your company cost me money and failed miserably in customer satisfaction. Will not recommend your company.
