Customer service was not great. During the scheduling phone call I was asked if I had stickers that needed to be removed from old windshield and put on new windshield. Just got home from picking up my car and the installer did not transfer any of the stickers....most important one being my express toll sticker. What was the point of asking me that if it wasn’t good to be completed as requested? Now I have to go thru the extra work of getting a new sticker, deactivating the old one, etc. not happy about that.

My car sustained hail damage in the storm at Colorado Springs. Installer brought the wrong windshield. When asked if that was the right piece of glass, he assured me it was and installed it. I asked him a second time, and then he conceded it was the wasn’t the windshield I ordered. I was offered a $30 discount (and insultingly low figure) so I could go out on my own time and after market window tint, so the windshield would have the appearance of the piece of glass I ordered. The little free time I have when I’m not at work now has be spent repairing my home that also has hail damage, and not fixing his mistakes. After declining the $30 discount, I requested to have the windshield I ordered installed, and now have to wait a week for the glue to cure on the mistake glass, before I can get the proper one installed, and put this issue to bed. I will not use this company again, nor do I plan on recommending any neighbors or friends who also need new windshield to this company.
