Replacement was delayed 1 week because your rep
overlooked the fact that my insurance had authorized
replacement shortly after claim submitted, thus requring
numeous phone calls regarding the delay, but once
this oversight was realized, things moved very fast.
Otherwise, pleased.

Windshield molding not put on correctly can hear the wind blowing through the sides. Service tech was not professional, needs to keep his personal opinions to himself concerning weather my windshield needs replacing or not. No paperwork was given to me nor did I sign off on the work completed. Called this morning and a tech will be out tomorrow morning to fix his mistakes.
