Setting my appointment took nearly 20 minutes. It seemed excessive since I had already spent 30 minutes filing the claim with my insurance company. It's a chip in the windshield not a engine rebuild. When the service tech showed up he was unsure of which vehicle was mine. Do they receive info from the shop on what car to fix? The shop had my year, make, model, VIN, license plate number and color. The tech was friendly and helpful.
