I was a bit disappointed in the price increase from last year, but the service was perfect, and the technician was excellent. This is my second repair. Each time, the guys were here exactly when they said. They explained everything and finished the work within a few minutes. They were very friendly and professional both times. The repair wasn't flawless, but turned out much better than I expected. So, yes, I'm satisfied. I won't hesitate to call again when the next rock shows up on my windshield.

Mr. Chris was very good informing me of his arrival, and completing of the job. The car was clean from the glass and everything was in order. Chris also, in form me of the time he left, with a courteous call. I also had ask him to check to see if there was glass in the seatbelt where you snap it together, and he check like he said he would, and now it works good.
