The ABRA glass installer replaced my windshield in less than an hour after arrival and the new windshield looks great. I am very pleased with this experience.

The technicians failed to reattach my windshield wipers correctly the nuts were not tightened down and the grommets that cover the nuts were left laying in the engine compartment. The windshield wipers hit each other when activated and then stopped working. Luckily, I tried to test the rain sensing feature of the windshield and realized what they had done and did not realize it on the road in a rain storm. My windshield was installed on a Friday and when I called to complain and get someone out to fix the problem, the office said there was no one available to come out until Monday. So, with rain in the forecast , my car would be unsafe to drive for three days. Now after I called to complain I got on YouTube to see of there was an easy fix because I have no idea about wipers. That’s when I realized to look under the hood and that they had failed to properly reinstall the wipers. I am extremely disappointed in the service. I still don’t know if the rain sensing function is working .

I was disappointed the customer service rep didn't tell me my windshield would not be an OEM part. I didn't find out until the tech arrived for service. This type of info needs to be communicated better
