The technician did a good job when he finally got a windshield that wasnt cracked at the warehouse. He had to come back a second day due to the fact that when he opened the glass there was a crack in the new windshield. Seems like the warehouse has an issue with taking care of new product.

The initial scheduling took multiple phone calls with different information provided by different customer service representatives. When an appointment was finally scheduled the technician was unable to finish the job because he did not have the proper windshield. The appointment was rescheduled for the following week. After waiting several hours I called to check on the status. I was informed the windshield had not arrived and my appointment would once again have to be rescheduled. I was told a phone call had been made to inform me of this change the previous day however they failed to leave a message. This was a major inconvenience as I had changed my work schedule twice. Additionally, my car was left without a rear windshield for an excessive amount of time. Also, plastic was placed on my car after the initial failed attempt at replacing the windshield. A sticky residue remains which the technician failed to remove.
