May be nit-picky, but this is something to bring up in terms of accuracy. Got a call from my repairman saying he would be here between 1PM and 3PM. He did not arrive until 3:45 PM. He also stated the process would take 30-40 minutes, but it took over an hour to complete. I appreciate this service coming to my home for repair, but if I had to be somewhere this could have caused a huge problem.
