I received text communications updating me on the arrival time of my technician, my technician communicated with me and was courteous, and showed a high level of expertise completing the removal and install in the amount of time he estimated. He was not happy with the Dodge design team's complicated solution for the power slider window mechanism which requires the back seats to be removed for access but he met the challenge head on with a sense of humor, pure tenacity and with respect for my property. I am complete satisfied with my experience.
