1st Repair man twisted his ankle while working on my car. Felt terrible for the guy. Turns out he dislocated it, off to the hospital he went...Another repair man was able to get to my car in a few hours and replaced the window. I haven’t driven the car yet but feel confident that the repair is top quality. Wishing a speedy recovery to the first guy, I know his next few days are going to be painful. Both repair men were quite professional and I would use Arba again for any glass issues.

Very friendly staff. The person who came to work on my car said the crack couldn’t be filled all the way and I’m the event that the crack spread or opened up, they would refund me the $105 and put that towards a new windshield. Very impressed.
Messed up on reconnecting my rear-view camera to my rear view mirror and the plug is now bent and will not work
You have the right people in place from the time that they answered the phone that man did everything that he could to get the job done for me in less than 24 hours then the man that came out to do the job was 110 percent professional about his job and didn't even leave any dirt anywhere in the car people make your business you have great people in place 100 percent satisfied thank you

The tech did a great job. Friendly, efficient and left no mess. However, the process of setting the appointment took way too long! 45 minutes. When Deal's was Deal's I could call, talk to Donna and have an appointment in less than 10 minutes. People are busy and a 45 minute process will send us elsewhere next time!
Although there were other issues, that were not in the scope of techs job area. Tech was very friendly. worked efficiently and kept us well informed of the status of our vehicle.

Very pleased. I actually noticed my rear view mirror making a sound after the repair and they offered to get someone out the next day to fix it. I couldn’t do anything for a few days due to work meetings all over and they quickly the first day I was available.
Only problem I experienced was initial call to sales person.. couldn't hear him on phone.
