The gentleman that came out was punctual, friendly and professional. Did a great job! The gentleman I spoke with yesterday could use some phone etiquette lessons starting with listening to your potential customer as well as giving them a chance to speak. I had to tell over him to get his attention when he had my information incorrect.

The name is confusing. The name on the truck, Abra, and the driver’s name were different than what I was told when setting up the appointment. I was very pleased with Mike. He was polite and professional. I have only driven the car a half mile home from the pool but no problems. He did a great job cleaning the windshield and now I need to clean the rest of the car to match. ????I’m so glad to have a crack free windshield!
Completely dissatisfied. Car was NOT ready today. Calibration not done. I cannot pick up car until it’s done. It is a primary vehicle. Major inconvenience.
