Service tech was prompt, nice and did what appears to be a good job.
The technician arrived at the specified time, completed the job in a timely manner and even cleaned up all of the glass pieces that were in the driveway when he was done! The last time we had a window replaced, we had to clean everything up ourselves. We are very satisfied with the service!
Mike was my Technician and he was super quick but took his time also you could tell he took pride in his work and the Job he was doing he was on time and I got text alerts the whole time before and after.He didn't even seemed bothered by the fact that I was sitting there watching him.He explained to me what he was doing.How he was doing it advice on how to make it last longer,stuff that I had no idea about unless he had told me.Over all I'd recommend these people 100000% especially mike as your technician these people do a much better job than companies like SafeLite their customer service and prices are so much better.Highly recommended trust me you won't be sorry.
He was very cordial, and pointed out a very dangerous potential fire that could have occurred and explained the whole situation to me. I was very appreciative of that information.

My windshield trim was damaged in the process and doesnt look to be put back all the way in revealing a open area where rain can get in. I called your office and the woman hung up on me instead having good customer service. All to tell me I'd have to come in a week from now for them to check it out. Ok so what do i do just allow rain to get in my car? Bad expirence.
The guys work good together they new what to do I used to change glass for Ford motor company they had some of the tools I used to use.
