1. A tarp should be put down below the broken glass so all the small pieces can be cleaned up. We had lots of broken glass left on driveway. 2. Lots of broken glass “stuck” in the rear door structure.

- My 1st scheduled appointment: At the 3 hour mark in my 4 hour window, I called to see when someone would be arriving. I was informed that the window was not in stock and they would not be coming. I had to call, no one called me. - My 2nd scheduled appointment: Cancelled the night before because of the threat of snow. I had been holding an 8 hour window. - My 3rd scheduled appointment: Cancelled the morning off because it was raining. - When I called to scheduled a 4th appointment, I asked if there was somewhere I could take my car. This time I was told yes, and we agreed on the Flourtown PA location. Why was this option not offered from the beginning? - My appointment itself finally went well. It took two hours, and Matt was very nice. - I was frustrated to find out that the inspection stickers would not be transferred. I had to make an appointment for the next day, spend $42.00 and and take another hour plus of my time to have stickers transferred. Another frustrating part of my experience that this was not done at the same time.
