The process was fairly easy. David, the installer, was courteous and professional. However, I found the scheduling time window of the full day, archaic. You should be able to get the scheduling within a 2 hour window. There is software out there that simplifies the process.

Technician scratched paint on the hood during windshield replacement. I contacted technician as well as general manager but 24 hours later received no response.

I was really glad to get my window replaced all tho I was told on the phone the guys would be able to put my inspection stickers on the new glass. But the guys said all they could do was cut them out on original glass and give them to me. I don't understand but why I wasn't told that in the phone when I asked about it.
