Shattered glass was on the driveway, and quite a bit of glass was left in the trunk.
I specifically asked if I was to take care of the glass, but was told you would vacuum it out.
Otherwise, We were very satisfied with the convenience and speed in which our case was handled. The installation looks good.
I only hope that this oversight is not an indication of this persons craftsmanship.
