The technician was very professional courteous and efficient. I was thank full to have an experienced person like him.
On time courteous service- however my door is still full of glass after repair.
I could see the 5 hour time frame being possibly the only drawback. But the fast replacement once they got here was great!

The process of paying could have gone better. It took 15 minutes to pay at the body shop. It wasn't their fault. They were on hold on the phone for 15 minutes waiting to talk to someone about taking my payment. The payment process needs to be worked out.

I called on a Monday and had to call several times & finally had the windshield installed on Thurs. But I had to keep calling to get service. Terrible.
