When I got to the installation location and met with the service tech, he advised me about an issue that he had with the trim around the windshield. I was already aware of the issue. It was caused by another installation company. I did see an area that I had a question about and he promptly dealt with the issue and thanked me for bringing it to his attention. I'm satisfied Amber customer.
