Tech was on time and professional. He explained the process well. Unfortunately the final result of the repair was very similar asthetically to the issue prior to the repair. Process didn't work as well as I had hoped.

I called to schedule an appointment and was told that the appointment would be at ABRA at 8:00 am.
I asked if it could be later due to my on attending summer school and was told no, it had to be 8:00am. I went to the appointment after making other arrangements for my son and when I got there I was told that the technician that I was scheduled with did not start work until 9:00 am. He did take me at 9:00 am and he and his work were excellent.

Great work by the tech. This is the second time we have had glass replaced. It has been great both times. The only problem we have had is the girl at the desk. She doesn't quite know what's going on.
The technician kept me informed every step of the way from planned arrival through completion of the windshield replacement. He was on time and efficient as well as friendly and very well experienced to complete the job. The windshield appears brand new and we looked forward to many years of use.

Installer called to tell me he was 10 minutes away then said I had to reschedule because of potential rain. There was 15% chance of rain. Glass was ultimately installed a couple of hours later. Shouldn't have been that much of a hassle. It never rained that morning and didn't until well after the late installation.
