The repair technician was professional in handling a concern I had with a statement made by a customer rep of ABRA. He spoke with his supervisor who ultimately agreed with the position I had regarding a replacement of my front windshield.
Communication was great and everyone was nice but repair job was average. Windshield was dirty and wires on the rear view mirror were lose. Installation of windshield seems ok though, attention to detail was not as great
