The gentleman came when he said he would deliver the wind shield and the scheduler answered all my questions. When I called back to pay over the phone Jeff gave me the info on guarantee for replacement if I should ever need it. Hopefully not!

My windshield developed a crack at the top center along the the perimeter less than a week after the replacement. I contacted ABRA about the matter on 12/20. I was told someone would be out Friday, 12/22 to access and replace glass. It is now 1:59 p.m. I have been home waiting all day and have heard nothing from you.

The windshield was installed quickly and early in the day, so I was able to do some other things that I needed to do without it being late in the day. The job seems to have been done well, and I felt the price was definitely reasonable.
