My original appointment was at 9:00am I thought. The updates via email did not have the appointment details in it. That would have been helpful. The repair guy called at 90:5 and asked if it was ok if he came at the end of his day since he lived in the area. I was frustrated because I stayed home from work to accommodate the 9:00 appointment. He stated that they don’t have set appointments and my window was from 9:00 to 1:00. This is when the appointment details in the email reminder could have been helpful. Anyway he said he would be at the house between 2:00 and 3:00. He showed up just before 1:00 and repaired the windshield. Luckily, one of my kids was home to pay him since my wife was out with plans to return before 2:00. The repair itself is great and I don’t see any issues with the job - just the pre-repair coordination.
