The technician was very friendly and had great customer service. But an untainted window was installed to replace a tinted one.
My appointment waiting window was 8am to 1pm on Wednesday, February 1. No one showed up, so I called ABRA to find out what was going on. The customer service rep told me she didn’t know where the tech was and he wasn’t answering his phone, but she would call him repeatedly until he answered. An hour later (2:05pm) the tech showed up at my house. He did not acknowledge the fact that he was late or apologize for the delay at all. He fixed my window in 20 minutes, collected full payment and then left. Not at all the type of service I would expect from ABRA.

All and all it was an interesting experience. I had an appointment for Wednesday, they called to reschedule because the glass was damaged - which I was very happy that they took the time to make sure everything was perfect. So Thursday came and there was a mix up with the ordering process so the glass would not be there until Friday. After I called they were very understanding and listened to my concerns. I have never worked with a company that was so attentive at really listening to me. They gave me a gift card for the inconvenience and said that this truly never happens. I got my glass replaced on Friday and it was a great experience working with the glass tech; he was very knowledgeable and sincere. I will be using them again.
