People I booked with were very friendly and I was pleased with a much better price compared to competitors. I loved the text messages to keep me in the loop and was super impressed with Brad. He called me a couple times to confirm and give me ETAs on his arrival along with how long the job would take. Everything was very transparent. The technician was amazing. He called me everyday to keep me updated. We had to reschedule a few times because he wasn’t sent all the pieces and another time the windshield had a scratch. The call center didn’t communicate as well. I would give the technician 5 stars.
