technician left fingerprints and glass had smudges from rubber transport. Also dark smudges left on the interior cloth in the car next to the window.
The gentleman that come out today was very professional. He made me feel comfortable about getting the repair done. He explained everything and answered all my questions. I would recommend him to anybody.

Initially, they showed up with the wrong glass. Rescheduled for the next morning. I was surprised I was not the first appointment, since I had already wasted part of my day on the originally scheduled day. Perhaps it was something to do with routing and location. Anyhow, once he showed up with the correct glass, everything was fine and as expected.

The communication was not good between myself and the other party. I was not aware of the possibility of getting a rental car until last minute. When I was taken to the rental car place, the paperwork wasn’t filled out and I had to pay for my own rental car. Lindsay was very helpful and a wonderful person though. 5 out of 5 for her

The first lady I spoke to was very pleasant. She confirmed that the windshield was in stock She wanted to set up an appointment but I had to check with my wife and see if she could take the truck.
When I called the ****-****-xxxx number to schedule, the person I spoke to seemed to have an attitude. She was constantly recommending something different than what I suggested. I would not want her working for my company.
