Everything was explained fully by the lady on the telephone. Reminders came on my email (maybe one too many) of the date and time. The technician called me with a closer time of his arrival. The technician was efficient, friendly, explained what he was doing all along. I was totally satisfied and would recommend Abra to relatives and friends. Thanks to you all. Oh, price was great too.
