Abra Glass needs a better process for using the Autobody shop for customers drop off. I showed up at the Parker Body shop having received the confirmation of my appointment. When I arrived no one at the body shop knew anything about it. No paperwork for dropping my car off. Using the Autobody shop like it is a home repair is not acceptable if no one there is ready to receive a customer. My encouragement would be for Abra Glass and Abra Body to create a process for receiving customer cars for a drop off. And a billing mechanism where the customer does not have to speak their Credit card information in a public lobby. You can do better so raise the bar. Thanks Curtis G

Blake did an awesome job! My one comment is that while on the phone placing the order I was told someone would arrive between 8 and 1pm. When I got an email the day before, the time stated between 12 and 5. Blake arrived at 1pm and any time was fine with me- but just thought it was strange that the times changed.
