Upon getting the car into the garage the rear glass appears have"Dipples' all the way around the outside edge. Would like to discuss / show on Sat if someone will be available...
Good job done by a great technician. Craig really knew what he was doing. He explained some things to me which I was always curious about. He was very personable and chatted with me. He also explained about the scratches on the frame and how they rust if you don't reapply anti-rust solvent which I saw him do which makes me feel good about the new glass. My windshield wipers need to be placed in service mode when the windshield is replaced and unfortunately they don’t rest in the proper stop position. I now have to take my vehicle to Audi to have fixed. This should not be a cost I have to incur.

the tech was great, check in was a little confusing because the body shop didn't have my name on the reservation, I just checked in and didn't know I needed to specify I was there for glass, it took a bit but all worked out
