The repair went fine, but there is conflicting data between the Nissan dealership, Nissan, and Abra. Abra says that no recalibration of the ADAS is necessary. The Nissan dealership says it is necessary. Abra says that there is no need to change out the rearview mirror, but Nissan says it is necessary because the mirror is one-time use only.
I am very happy with the glass replacement itself. It's the conflicting information that each company provided that is very confusing. I am following Abra's direction at this time.

The technician (Dustin), was incredibly professional and courteous. Scheduling was an issue. I work full time, and the appointment window was too long. I had to take an entire day off work, as the window was 8am-4pm. The tech showed up at 3pm with the wrong windshield, so we had to reschedule for the next day. It was incredibly frustrating to have to take a day and a half off work for an hour's worth of work.
It was very frustrating that the only timeframe estimate I could get when Inset the appointment was an 8:00-4:00 window. I had to make subsequent calls on the day of service to get a narrower timeframe.
The tech did call when he was on his way, worked quickly, and was very professional.
Please adjust your system to be able to give customers a more narrow window than 8 hours, and let them know no later than a day before. It ought to be easy to set the techs' appointment schedule the day before.
I enjoy that the worker informed me about the rust issue with my car and he did the most he could to keep it from being a problem, the windshield looks amazing
