Tony was horrible never called to give me a time frame only a a call a half hour away. Then didn't want to have me pay I'm guessing to save time on his part. Then when he left I checked his work he left black smears all over the trucks and left the insides full of black fuzzy stuff. Extremely disappointed with his customer service

Schedulers do not communicate well on locations. I went to wrong location because of this, was late because of this, ended up driving over 30 minutes to correct location when there is a location a couple of miles from me. The appointment reminders are useless- they have no appointment information- date, time, location. Which would have prevented the entire situation. When I arrived at the incorrect location the front desk girl was not helpful- did not know where the correct location was to help get me there. She also blamed the mishap on the glass division not being connected to auto bossy and they are not local and schedule wherever- not a good team approach. Employees especially customer service should know where your local locations are. I was also told by the CSR on the phone to get to the new location as “quick as possible” this is not responsible and could cause people to rush and get in an accident. Please work on your customer service. On a positive note- The shop guys were helpful and quick.

My glass technician was Tony, he was awesome. I was given a time frame of 12 to 4, he called me at 12, met me 15 mins later and by 2:30 I was done and on my way! Excellent service, professional tech, and great price!

The gentleman was extremely courteous and helpful. He worked quickly but double checked everything. When my hood would not latch, he fixed it so it would. I had installed new blades on the wipers while they were off. He double checked them to make sure they were on good before he reinstalled. He was very, very nice and courteous, a refreshing change from some companies' representatives.

From the scheduling of the appointment (thanks Tim!) to the ease of pick-up, ABRA made the experience of getting my window repaired very PANEless (haha!). Not only was it easy, but my issue was solved remarkably quickly. I would highly recommend ABRA to anyone looking for glass work done.
