Despite having 4 different rescheduling due to glass being incorrectly ordered. The technician (nick) was fantastic. Professional, courteous and clearly deserve a raise! He is a reason why people like me will do repeat business with abra. Customer service pays big dividends to companies and will pay off for Abra.
