I LOVED my experience with ABRA! Nick was incredible!!!! I appreciate all of the wonderful communication from Nick! I also appreciate the ease of making the appointment and scheduling for a new windshield. I will definitely refer people to Abra because you guys "get" customer service! I work in an emergency room and was worried the replacement would be difficult to coordinate. Nick updated me at least three times before his arrival and therefore I could plan my day without being stressed. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! The people who called from the call center were professional too!
