I really appreciate the second technician who came out to perform the windshield replacement. The first technician was inconvenient and not very understanding.

The man who fixed my windshield got here early, worked quickly, and left quietly. What more could you want? My windshield looks great. It stormed the day I had it fixed and there are no leaks. 10/10.
They were very reassuring of their competence as I was rather concerned about replacing my 2002 Ford Thunderbirds windshield. The reason being that I’ve heard horror stories about leaks on these models.
My Tbird I call Daisy, ???????????....is my dream “midlife crisis” treat and a tthink of her as my child....haha
Anyways, they picked up on it and even warned me not to look whilst they’re working on her as it will look scary. It’s silly but I appreciated their thoughtfulness.

Was told Mini logo would be on replacement windshield. It’s not. Question whether or not it’s manufacturer spec.
The work was done well and the rep was polite and professional. The only thing: we were told we'd get a call in the morning narrowing down the window of time that the repairman would arrive. We never heard until he was heading over. Perhaps we misunderstood about this. Otherwise we were very satisfied with everything and would use ABRA again. Thanks much.
