I was rescheduled because glass wasn't delivered then the day of my appointment the glass was delivered to a different store I had to wait 2 hours for the tech to go get the glass and when he got back he told me it would take 45min to an hour it took him almost 2hrs
There was no communication from ABRA. I had to call multiple times to find out what was going on with my vehicle

Very professional installation, scheduling and service. Response time was very fast and the installer had over two decades of glass installation experience. I have other vehicles in need of front windshield replacement so ABRA will always be my first choice in glass replacement needs

I am satisfied with the service I received, however the plastic housing around the window that was put in was not properly replaced and I needed to secure it after the technician left without me inspecting the installation.
