1st Repair man twisted his ankle while working on my car. Felt terrible for the guy. Turns out he dislocated it, off to the hospital he went...Another repair man was able to get to my car in a few hours and replaced the window. I haven’t driven the car yet but feel confident that the repair is top quality. Wishing a speedy recovery to the first guy, I know his next few days are going to be painful. Both repair men were quite professional and I would use Arba again for any glass issues.

The tech did a great job. Friendly, efficient and left no mess. However, the process of setting the appointment took way too long! 45 minutes. When Deal's was Deal's I could call, talk to Donna and have an appointment in less than 10 minutes. People are busy and a 45 minute process will send us elsewhere next time!
