showed up on time - did a good job - was done quickly - advised me of my satisfaction guarantee and that if I am not happy I can get credit for this repair towards a replacement windshield - no improvements needed from the technician - my only suggestion for the company overall is to update your phone recording to advise that glass repair is not allowed on the website it must be done by phone - I did waste some time going online after being on hold for a while on the telephone trying to set up the initial appt - I also had quite a long hold time every time I called in
