After the technician originally saw my car he put in an order for a new windshield. I waited ten days and never heard back. When I called the corporate office, they told me the windshield was never ordered. They proceeded to order it that day but could give me no explanation. We were satisfied with the technicians but corporate people were not much help. Not a very satisfying experience.
