Everything was finished rather quickly. All of the broken glass was vacuumed from the floor and the spaces in the door. The two men were very nice and professional. Thank you for he awesome and quick service.

My appointment was scheduled for a window of time on a saturday. the repair man showed up only to find out that he was missing a part and needed to leave to reschedule. this caused me to have to cancel plans both times in order to get this rescheduled. I can understand a mistake but did not receive an apology from anyone. This happened to me with safelight a few years ago and they offered me a 50% discount immediately for the inconvenience without having to ask. I also was promised calls updating me about updates and i had to make many efforts to call myself to request updates. I would definitely not use this company in the future as i have had a much better customer experience with their competitor
