When I placed the work order and called you to provide additional information about my windshield; I provided precise answers to all questions given and still when the technician arrived to provide the service he had the wrong part. The tech realized this immediately and took measures to correct the issue (my vehicle had a defroster and the windshield he arrived with did not). In summation, the service I had to pay for in advance took nearly two weeks to complete; and since I called right after the issue began, I had to drive around the state of Georgia for that time with a defective windshield which could have gotten me a ticket, or worse yet had the worst case happened gotten a family member injured. This should not reflect on the tech who provided the service as I feel he provided excellent service given his circumstances. He could have simply installed the improper windshield and I would never have known there was a problem.

When I received the email confirming my quote it stated that I would hear from a customer service representative and I did not. Instead, if I had called on the day I got the quote perhaps we would have gotten the car repaired sooner. Otherwise we are all satisfied with all that occurred once I made the call to make the appointment. I am, however, interested in employment with your company and perhaps attend your 5 weeks course, once space is available.
