Your tech scratched the interior trim up so bad it needs to be replaced. Scratched the paint all the way to the metal on the door jams. The manager at that location told me it wasn’t his problem when I showed it to him. The molding around the windshield was not properly replaced and the foam around the glass is uneven. The windshield needs to be taken off and reset. It is absolutely UNACCEPTABLE that I have more damage after your “repair” than before I took it in. I WILL NEVER USE ABRA AGAIN AND I AM GOING TO MAKE SURE THAT EVERYONE IN AMERICA KNOWS ABOUT MY EXPERIENCE. I think you should give my $100 deductible back after all of this trouble. This was a State Farm claim and I have already notified them of the issues that I have had. I have also suggested that they no longer recommend your company for glass repair and replacement. State Farm listens to their customers so they will not take this lightly. Have someone call me this afternoon.

The scheduler worked with me on my availability for the glass replacement, and scheduled me for repair between 8:00 a.m. and noon. Promptly at 8:00 on the day of the replacement, Mike F. called me to let me know he should be there at 9:00 a.m. He was right on time! He was very cordial, and did an excellent job of installing the new window and cleaning up all of the shattered glass that was in my car. I am amazed at the great customer service!!
