After scheduling a windshield replacement I dropped off the car after hours (Wednesday). I got a call the next morning asking why my car was there. Apparently there was no record of my appointment. Then I got a call saying my windshield was not in. Then another call saying it came in, but didn't have the trim and it would be another day (Friday rather than Thursday). I was scrambling trying to get my pickup ride rearranged when I got another call saying that they could get it done that day. So I un-rearranged my ride. Then I got another call saying the car would not be ready until Tuesday. I had this guy call the previous guy I talked to that said it would be ready. He called back and said it would be ready that day. What a lot of confusion. It was very disorganized, like the right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing. The quality of the work appears to be good, at least at this point.
