I think the clean up could have been better. Pieces of silicon etc on dash and on front car seats and console.

Jordan was excellent and I know you like to clone him Hi tales to several people. He is the only one that was even close to a 1000 percent.

First, your technician arrived outside of the time estimates initially 11-1, later 12-1, and at 1:15 I got a call that it would be another 1/2 hour. The technician would not do the job because he detected rust color on the paint from water running down the side of the windshield — he told me it had to be done in-shop. First told me to make the appt, I asked him to, but too much time passed and I told him to forget to. I called after he left (Friday) and made an appt for Monday and told the associate that I needed to leave it overnight. I received texts reminding me of the appt — good — and I dropped it off without a problem — good — but in picking it up the girls at the desk could not process my payment but had to call and wait on hold. The man at the other end wanted to talk with me and told me that they had no record of doing the work only of my canceling it. He wanted me to check my vehicle, while he got off the phone, I could not talk with him further after he had us on hold for 15 minutes. One of the assistants finished the transactions in the back ( out of sight of the other customers) it took another 10 or 15 minutes) — I was not happier by then. So far, I am happy with the work, and the price, but you all have greatly wasted my time and agrivated me with your lost paperwork and fear of working on my truck in my driveway.

The installer was not able to get the rain sensor to work. He said that the replacement windshield sensor attachment was not correct and that he would order a ford windshield and replace it. Have not heard back from anyone after 2 weeks.
