There was damage done while fixing door glass. Was just a simple mistake /accident. ABBRA handled it and now everything is good. Both or all employees were nice.
Only negative was the person that sent the tech to fix door didn't relay that repair was being done at home address and not work address where glass was installed.

I received a phone call stating that the shop where I had dropped my car was closed till Monday at 8 am. Abra Glass representatives need to check with the location before calling and asking for either a spare key or worrying the customer.
