Fine job. Class A technician. I asked and found out he started the day in Shakopee, then went past my town all the way to Coon Rapids, then back to our location. When I asked why not stop here on the way to CR, he said it was because I said I would only be available between 1 and 5pm. Not true. That's the time slot Abra said was available to me when I called. Recommend Abra improve their scheduling for its technicians.

I had two chips and I think only one was repaired.
The person that did the repair never let me know they were at the house, we just happened to notice them here. When we were able to get out side they were driving away no paper work and I did not have to sign any thing like I was told.
