Dropped car off at shop. When I picked it up, my key was attached to wrong receipt. Didn't get printed receipt (did get it e-mailed). Would have liked to have looked at replacement windshield with glass technician, he was not available. Have questions about consistency of seal (some uneven areas—possibly only cosmetic, but unsure). Confirmation e-mail before appt. appeared to indicate a different location for drop-off (I called to confirm). Friendly office staff. Seemed like they didn't do a lot of glass in-shop. More organized around the mobile service?
