Great Job.

The technician was not friendly and seemed annoyed to be helping get my car fixed. Job for done well.

The tech did a great job and I saw that he did quality work. However, there are two things that I didn't like. First, the time window I was given was too vague. I was told between 8 and 1, and I never got a more specific time estimate before the tech showed up at 8:10. It would of been really nice to know if I was the first person on his schedule or his 5th person. I wasn't sure if I could sleep in, or if I could go somewhere before the tech arrived. The time window should be more around 3 hours, or there should be an update prior to the arrival of the tech. Secondly, the trim around the windshield is messed up on the upper driver's side corner. The tech pointed this out to me before he installed the window and he said he could come back another day with a different windshield. I had him go ahead with the install because I didn't want to wait several more days and I didn't want to go through the hassle again of waiting for a tech to show up. However, I was disappointed that the trim was messed up and someone should of checked the trim before the window got loaded into the tech's work truck. You guys should definitely of caught this defect before the window got to my house and then switched it out with a different windshield, instead of showing up at a customer's house and asking if they want to wait several more days for a windshield without defects.

The technician called ahead and let me know when he would be at my car. He explained everything thoroughly and did a great job.

The dime size chip is still visible but is now the size of the head of a q-tip. There is also a small arc around the visible chip. I'm not happy!

From start to finish the service was pleasant and professional.
