In addition to that, he was extremely kind to my 80 year old father who visited w him while he worked. Did not call until it was time for my appointment to tell me the glass was not there was told it would not be in until the afternoon so we left the house then we got a tex from your automated system tell us we were next at 9:50 called at 11: 10 to see were you at they told me it was the automated system. And would not be out until 3 or 4 so it shot our whole day .not happy about it
