I had to leave before the install was complete so my girlfriend close it out. I get back and noticed if there's black adhesive squishing out on the inside of the windshield.

Communication with Abra before and after was a challenge. Nobody knew anything, I never was able to get an appointment time beyond the date and had to drop off the car and hope. The delearship didn’t know what the appointment was for until I told them. Then to pay, i hung up after being put on hold for over 20 minutes. The next day I waited a bit under 10. When I tried to share my frustration, the agent who was polite pretty much ignored my frustration, took the money and left. But the work looks great. I wasted a lot of time trying to understand what was happening. Next time, I will spend time thinking about whether or not Abra will be my provider.

Technician was very nice and professional. I thought my window get cleaned. Only small part near chip got cleaned. I used satellite glass years ago for a chip and they cleaned inside and out of entire windshield and gave me a complimentary glass cleaner. Last time I used Abra for windshield replacement, had major issues with recalibratimg my eyesight. Turned out to be a bad windshield from Abra. Back and forth with dealer and rental cars wirh numerous back and forth trips and figuring out the issue and turns out to be the windshield.
