When the hail hit on Monday (the size of baseballs)I was frantic. You guys fit me in on Tuesday and gave me a great deal and a lot of understanding. When the Tech arrived, the news was calling for more hail; you rescheduled me for Saturday and when he arrived again, he was polite, professional and kind. The scheduler Jackie was helpful when I made the appointment and f/up calls to the glass dept staff were also very helpful in answering my questions.
Cost was comparable to other vendors. Tech called 30 min prior within estimated window of 11a-5p.
They met us at designed location and replaced the windshield in a reasonable time and it looks great!
