Wonderful service!

On July 21, 2017, Gary F responded to my home at approx. 3:30pm. Gary was scheduled to replace the windshield in my 2016 Nissan Titan. After removing the old windshield, Gary claimed that the new windshield wouldn't fit and he was leaving. Gary was unprofessional and rude. I asked Gary for his supervisors phone number. Gary began to laugh and mock me. When I saw that Gary was going to leave without completing the job and that he was also becoming more belligerent, I decided to call the Matthews police for my own safety. Upon the arrival of two Matthews police officers, one of the officers explained to Gary that it is unsafe to leave the truck without a windshield. The officer stated that he had worked numerous vehicles breaking in the area and that it would be very risky to leave the truck unsecured. Gary stated that he would have another technician come and help with the job. Approx. 45 minutes later, another technician arrived. This technician informed me that he had driven from Kannapolis, NC. The second technician immediately installed the windshield with no problems. I feel that Gary was a threat to me and my family. He is obviously lacking in his ability to install a windshield. I will never use Abra or Deals/Kimble Glass service again.

I wasn't informed the type of payments that are accepted or the approximate time for job completion. I was told by my girl that the tech appeared very upset that i hadnt returned with the money order by the time he was finished.
